In case a Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon Number is non-functional on account of any technical reason, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the reissuing/replacement of the particular Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon number.

HomeShop18 is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon numbers and no representations in this regard will be accepted in any form or nature.
